It also means that we can successfully management the many different layers, contractors, subs, agencies and consultants on a project. Therefore, we have capacity to take on multiple large projects and maintain our clients schedule and be able to stay within budget.
Based on our understanding and relationships in the industry, we can provide creative design systems to be efficient, yet economical to reduce cost were possible for the owner. We like to evaluate the project scope early with our clients and develop multiple conceptual designs options to be evaluated with our clients prior to construction document development in order to obtain the best design and construction fees for our clients. We believe in building a strong relationship in all the projects we do.
