Our team has extensive experience with new design as well as renovation projects for a wide variety of markets and facilities throughout the U.S. and overseas including residential (single or multi-family), commercial buildings (office or retail), religious institutions,
aviation/airports/towers/hangars; recreational; commercial/administrative; federal facilities/border patrol checkpoints; hospitality (hotels/dormitories/lodging); industrial/warehouses; and maintenance and operations facilities.
Our firm can also provide Building Condition Assessments for residential or commercial buildings. This includes evaluating the parking area, exterior, interior, roof and ADA compliance assessment.

We are client focused project managers and designers that allow us to direct almost any type of project and development from the tallest air traffic control tower in the world, or a sweet potato industry, to a church building in New Jersey. The skills that we offer included with our experience and training, lead us to believe that there are only a few teams that can deliver the compressive services that we are proud to offer. We have many years of cost estimating experience, which is a critical component in setting the budget for the project and fundraising. We can offer a variety of project delivery methods to allow our client to choose a building that functionally meets their needs, yet can be aesthetically pleasing or make an architectural statement and still within budget. It is our high integrity, Christian principals and quality work that has allowed us to expand virtually by word of mouth and client recommendations.

It is important to be able to do this, so that we can be responsive to our clients and make them feel as if they are the only job we are working on. It also means that we can successfully management the many different layers, contractors, subs, agencies and consultants on a project. Therefore, we have capacity to take on multiple large projects and maintain our clients schedule and be able to stay within budget.
Based on our understanding and relationships in the industry, we can provide creative design systems to be efficient, yet economical to reduce cost were possible for the owner. We like to evaluate the project scope early with our clients and develop multiple conceptual designs options to be evaluated with our clients prior to construction document development in order to obtain the best design and construction fees for our clients. We believe in building a strong relationship in all the projects we do.
